Easy to use

If you are looking for a kitchenaid pasta roller attachment for your KitchenAid mixer this is the one to buy. I use mine very regularly and I am extremely happy with how easy it is to use and the results. If you are used to using a manual roller pasta maker, this kitchenaid pasta roller attachment makes life so much easier. You do not have to look for a table to clamp the roller to anymore. Once you get the dough consistancy right you are in business. I use Semolina flour and an egg with a little olive oil.

(Hint) If you want to have less waste and cleaner edges on your pasta, fold the edges of the dough in while you are rolling it through the kitchenaid pasta roller attachment.

An Extra Set of Hands

You have go to love this three piece kitchenaid pasta roller attachment set. It truly is like having another person helping you prepare the pasta dough. Not only does it do the cranking for you (vs hand cranking) but you feed the dough in from the top and gravity takes over pulling it through the kitchenaid pasta roller attachment (vs pulling it through laterally on a hand crank machine). The kitchenaid pasta roller attachment set is really like having an extra set of hands.

The cutters work extremely well, too.

I also invested another $15 at Amazon for a wooden pasta rack. Well worth the money and much more elegant than hanging your noodles over the back of a chair. Enjoy!
